Hours Expectations

 

TUTORING: REQUIRED

• Pick one semester

• 12 weeks of tutoring- minimum of 30 minutes a week

• Will be expected to get your hour sheet stamped if you are tutoring in the library or signed by student you are tutoring if you have arranged this through the sponsors.

 

HOUR SHEETS:

• 20 total hours per semester.

• 1 semester of tutoring is required (These hours count towards your 20)

• Print off

• Hour sheets complete & turned in on time

 

SUMMER HOURS:

• Hours will count toward awards and recognition for the 2019-2020 school year.

• These forms will be due at the second Chapter meeting in the Fall of 2020

•  Any hours with incomplete information will NOT be credited. 

• Diversification for hours falls under the Community Service pillar of National Honor Society. Areas such as church or partial athletic contributions cannot account for all 10 hours. 

• 10 Hours are REQUIRED by August 31st
